Afterwards, a seminar workshop followed at DARAB Office about a presentation on new loan offers and other available services for government employees by Bernard D. Guiveces, from Pagtutulungan sa Kinabukasan: Ikaw, Bangko, Industriya, at Gobyerno (Pag-IBIG) Fund, General Santos Branch.
In his opening remarks, Chief Agrarian Reform Program Officer (CARPO) of the Program Beneficiaries Development Division (PBDD) John H. Gamad underscored the value of financial preparedness, noting that having more options empowers employees to make wiser decisions for their future and their families.
Conversational Guiveces secures dynamic reciprocal communication in his speech giving different offers of Pag-ibig specifically loans and savings programs, and home financing assuring its accessibility and affordability for employees. The exchange became more than just a presentation. It evolved into a meaningful conversation on financial security and responsible planning.
DAR Administrative Officer IV Dena N. Flandez appreciated the resource speaker in her closing remarks, emphasizing the importance of cultivating a culture of saving and planning oneโs future.
And as the month starts fresh for a new journey, DARPO Sarangani is ready to set and go with transparency, integrity and accountability, for it is more than trust, it is genuine and passionate service.

๐๐๐ฅ ๐ก๐ฒ๐๐ ๐จ๐ฝ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ| DARPO Sarangani Transcends Digital Workspace in Records Management Policy and Back-up System
To strengthen the knowledge of optimizing files in workspace, Department of Agrarian Reform Sarangani cascaded records management policy and back-up system for SPLIT Project, highlighting transcendence to digital workspace at Venue 88 Hotel and Events Place, General Santos City May 27-28.
โDito sa ating pag-usapanโฆthis is a very important discussionโฆthis is all about proper handling of records and not only the records of our office but in the disposition of information. Ano iyong mga information na dapat sa office lang? Ano iyong information na dapat ilabas? Ano ang iyong mga information na kung sino ang responsible officer na puwede maglabas?โ Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II Oding B. Yusoph JD, SCL in his introductory message, highlighting the importance of workspace and discipline, while Records Officer II and Administrative Officer III Mae Ann Gregorio established the mood in the rationale of the workshop on the first day.
โActually tanan gid ta na nagagunit og record is responsible sa documents na atoang ginahandleโฆso tayo, hindi lang tayo basta nagre-recieve ng documents, from receiving to retaining until either idispose siya or for archival lang natinโฆso thatโs our responsibility as a public officer,โ Gregorio stressed.
The event started with a pre test followed by speakership of MIS Support Staff under SPLIT Project, Jerry Deypalubos Jr., as he discussed the back-up system principles, specially in basic knowledge about document filling, differences of encryption and decryption, and different viruses and anti-viruses that created a dynamic interaction, followed by a workshop.
Engr. Lilian L. Dela Cruz of STO Division also discussed the Records Management Policy nitpicking clarification of procedures, standards, and protocols in records handling and maintenance as well as the discussion on the roles and responsibilities of Records Officers/Custodians and Alternate Records Custodians.
The 2 days of the event emphasizes the importance of DAR operations and the implementation of the SPLIT Project through proper records handling and storage practices, even in the digital workspace where workers and their service for the farmers has one common denominator: no one should be left behind.
