The event marked the meaningful conclusion of a series of learning sessions designed to enhance literacy and numeracy skills among out-of-school youth and adult learners. It was attended by dedicated tutors and enthusiastic tutees, whose active participation reflected the success of the program. Also present were distinguished guests including Mr. Mohammad Nasief Naga from the Extension Services Division, Ms. Evangeline R. Arobo, ALS District Coordinator, and Prof. Almera Mode-Sales, BSED OIC Chairperson and Extension Coordinator of the College of Education.

They commended the tutors for their commitment and passion in delivering the sessions, as well as the tutees for their perseverance and eagerness to learn despite challenges. Their words underscored the transformative power of education in empowering individuals and uplifting communities.
One of the highlights of the culmination was the presentation of learning outputs and testimonials from the tutees. Selected learners shared their personal journeys, expressing gratitude for the knowledge and skills they gained through the LIT UP and numerALS sessions.
