On January 18, 2024, the OSCA, CSWDO, DSWD visited Barangay Upper Labay for a consultative meeting concerning birthday gift incentives and the social pension of senior citizens.

We sincerely appreciate the efforts of these organizations, who took time to listen to our concerns and visit our barangay. We are also grateful for the valuable information they shared with us.

As the Chairman of the Social Services Committee, along with the dedicated staff, SC officers and Barangay Council, we wholeheartedly commit to provide ongoing support and assistance to enhance our services. Our primary goal is to ensure that the impact of our efforts is truly felt by the people we serve.
