Rojo, actively participated in the Regional Stakeholdersβ Consultation and Information Caravan on the Daily Price Index (DPI) and the salient provisions of Republic Act No. 12022, also known as the βAnti-Agriculture Economic Sabotage Act,β held at the Greenleaf Hotel. Conducted upon invitation extended to key partners, the activity underscores the vital importance of raising awareness and fostering solid collaboration to address critical agricultural concerns while protecting the integrity and stability of the countryβs supply chain.
The program featured a comprehensive lineup of discussions, starting with opening preliminaries and messages from Department of Agriculture officials, followed by detailed presentations covering the activityβs rationale, stakeholder roles and responsibilities, and the implementation framework of the Daily Price Index (DPI) in Region XII. Alongside Port Collector Rojo, Chief of Staff and Chief of Export Section COO IV Merjam Cela M. Edulan joined the discussions, contributing valuable insights alongside other attendees. The activity was convened through the invitation of Aristides Concepcion Tan, MD, MPH, CESO III, and gathered key stakeholders including Regional To***co Control Network agency representatives, Provincial/City To***co Control Managers, and Red Orchid Awardees.
The meeting served as a vital platform for inter-agency coordination and information exchange on to***co control initiatives. Among the key agenda items discussed were the presentation of accomplishments on smuggled ci******es, updates from the National Technical Working Group on To***co Prevention and Control, developments on the V**e Law, presentation of the 2026 Red Orchid Award nominees, planned activities for 2026, and the final draft of the Regional Personnel Order (RPO) concerning the composition and renaming of the RTCN.
Representing the Port Collector, Chief of Staff and Chief of Export Section, COO IV Merjam Cela M. Edulan, discussed the accomplishments of the BOC Gensan in the smuggling of ci******es and their conveyance. The meeting, held at the Wagi Hall, DILG XII Building in Koronadal City, South Cotabato, was convened to discuss agency accomplishments and updates on anti-illegal drug initiatives for the first quarter of Calendar Year 2026. The activity was formally opened by Charlene Magdurulang, Regional Director of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), who led the Call to Order and delivered the Opening Message, setting the tone for strengthened collaboration among member agencies.

Rojo, attended the 1st Quarter Regional Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee (RLECC) XII Meeting held at the PRO 12 Multi-Purpose Hall, Camp General Paulino T. Santos, Tambler, General Santos City. The meeting was convened to strengthen coordination among member agencies and to address key developments concerning regional peace and order.
During the meeting, participating agencies presented updates on the current peace and order situation, along with their respective accomplishment reports covering the period from January 1 to March 10, 2026. Agencies such as OCD XII, DOH XII, DTI XII, BFP XII, NEDA XII, DILG XII, and DSWD XII shared significant initiatives and operational outcomes, followed by discussions on other relevant matters affecting inter-agency operations.
