PCOL HAROLD S RAMOS, Provincial Director, attended the Graduation Ceremony on Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) Program of the Grade 6 Pupils of Kapayawi Elementary School and Grebona Elementary School, both in Libungan, Cotabato. Also present during the ceremony was Hon. Angel Rose L. Cuan, C.E, Municipal Mayor of Libungan. The activity was held at Brgy. Kapayawi Covered Court, Libungan, Cotabato on November 29, 2023.

Sovereignty is often defined as the principle of absolute and unlimited power.

Under the 1987 Constitution, it is the people alone who can exercise Sovereignty. They can therefore make decisions that are binding on all individual citizens, groups and institutions — including the selection of leaders who will run the government.

Art. II, Sec. 1 of The 1987 Constitution states:

“The Philippines is a democratic and republican State. Sovereignty resides in the people and all government authority emanates from them.”

Therefore, go out there and exercise your Constitutional right. Make your vote count by casting it where it matters!

The 4x4 Mitsubishi Patrol Cars were turned over by the dignitaries assisted by PCOL HAROLD S RAMOS, Provincial Director, CPPO, duly received by the Local Chief Executives/Representatives and the Chiefs of Police from the municipalities of Midsayap, President Roxas, Banisilan, Libungan, Alamada, Carmen, Kabacan, Makilala, and 1st CPMFC held at CPPO Parade Ground, Brgy. Amas, Cotabato on October 23, 2023.
