Empowering Future Leaders Through I-LEAD ✨
The Orientation on I-LEAD for Management Fellows was successfully conducted last April 8, 2026 via Zoom with the February 2026 Batch. 💻🌟
The session introduced participants to the I-LEAD Program, equipping them with valuable insights on effective leadership, a deeper understanding of organizational processes, and guidance in navigating their roles as future managers.

📢 HRMDO in Action!
The Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO) successfully conducted its Orientation on Leave Administration last March 19, 2026 at ICON Venue and Suites.
The session provided employees with important updates on leave benefits, processes, and responsibilities. It also highlighted key provisions of the 2025 RACCS Updates, RA 7877 (Anti-Sexual Harassment Act), RA 9262 (Anti-VAWC Act), and RA 11313 (Safe Spaces Act)—strengthening awareness on rights, responsibilities, and workplace conduct.

Welcoming New Faces, Strengthening Foundations!
Last March 18, 2026, the Orientation for New Entrants (ONE), Reorientation for Promoted Employees, and SPMS Orientation at ICON Venue and Suites gathered our newly hired and promoted personnel for a meaningful day of learning, growth, and alignment.
Participants explored the mission, vision, and core values of the City Government of General Santos, while gaining a clearer understanding of essential policies and their roles in public service—equipping them to deliver with excellence. 💼✨

The CADEF Reorientation/Consultation was conducted via Zoom with the participation of employees from Dr. Jorge P. Royeca City Hospital.
The session served as a refresher on the Capacity Assessment, Development, and Evaluation Form (CADEF) and provided an avenue for clarifications and consultations regarding the updating process. Participants were guided through its key components to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
A meaningful step toward strengthening capacity development planning and reinforcing collaboration in achieving improved learning and development outcomes.
