Personnel of the City Housing and Land Management Office (CHLMO) joined fellow LGU employees and officials in the first Monday of the month Flag Raising Ceremony held on June 1, 2026, at the City Hall grounds.

The ceremony was conducted in front of the City Hall Building due to the ongoing renovations of the Oval Gymnasium.

📍BOUNDARY RELOCATION SURVEY | Proposed Road Access Opening

A boundary relocation survey was conducted for Police Station 1 and BFP in preparation for the proposed opening of a road access located at the left side of the Government Center.
This activity aims to ensure proper boundary identification and alignment as part of the site development and accessibility improvement initiatives within the area.

Today’s Flag Raising Ceremony was held in our respective offices as we officially begin another week of public service.

In view of the prevailing weather condition, today’s Flag Raising Ceremony was observed at our respective offices.

May 12, 2026 | Initial Coordination Meeting

The City Housing and Land Management Office welcomed representatives from SAMAN Corporation, part of the consulting team engaged by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), for an initial coordination meeting in relation to the proposed relocation planning and resettlement initiatives under the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation 2 (INFRA 2) Project.

The discussion focused on the identification of potential relocation sites for affected families, as well as the coordination of housing and resettlement concerns in support of the project’s implementation in General Santos City.

This coordination initiative highlights the continued commitment of the City Government to promote organized, responsive, and community-centered relocation planning for affected residents.
