2. Original Deed of Sale: Magdala ng kahit 4 hanggang 5 copies para sa bawat partido, sa notaryo, at para sa BIR/Registry of Deeds.Title & Tax Declaration: Magdala ng kopya ng Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) at pinakabagong Tax Declaration para ma-verify ang detalye ng lupa.

-Obligadong humarap nang personal ang Buyer at Seller sa Notary Public. Bawal ang "non-appearance"
-Verification: Iche-check ng Notaryo ang inyong mga ID at sisiguraduhing boluntaryo ang inyong pagpirma.
-Signing: Pipirmahan ang dokumento sa harap ng Notaryo
-Stamping: Tatatakan ang dokumento ng Notary seal, kasama ang Doc No., Page No., Book No., at Series Year.
