There was no pressure in the room, only questions, stories, and a genuine exchange of ideas.
๐ ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ผ, Education Program Supervisor, FTAD Regional Office, and ๐ ๐. Education Program Specialist II, Regional Human Resource Development Division.
The team was also joined by ๐๐ฟ. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ฎ๐, Division Alternate DRRM Focal Person, and ๐ ๐ฟ. Division Personnel.
The visit became an opportunity for EOES to open its doors and share the work behind its programs and innovations. Discussions went beyond curriculum and instruction, reaching the equally important areas of health, nutrition, safety, and learner support.
There were questions about how things are done. There were stories about what worked. There were also conversations about what could still be improved.
And perhaps that was the most meaningful part of the visit.
Technical assistance becomes valuable when it does not feel like an inspection, but a conversation among people who share one purpose:
At EOES, innovations are not created simply to look good on paper. They are born from actual needs, shaped by experience, and strengthened through collaboration.
The visit reminded the school that good work becomes even better when shared, examined, and enriched by the insights of others.
