The Bagong Guimba Academic Assistance Program is now accepting applications for the Academic Year 2026-2027

This one-time cash assistance priority program of the LGU of Guimba, Nueva Ecija, aims to provide financial assistance to academically deserving and financially challenged students, empowering them to pursue and complete their college education.

1. A bona fide resident of Guimba for at least 1 year
2. Currently enrolled and a regular student in a CHED-accredited higher education institution or Public and Private High School (Incoming Grade 8 Students for AY 2026-2027)
3. 𝑁𝑜𝑡 𝑎 𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑖𝑝𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑡 of BGEAP and SPES.

The Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) and the Pambayang Pederasyon ng Sangguniang Kabataan (PPSK) successfully conducted their Second Quarterly Meeting in pursuit of strengthening youth development programs and initiatives in the Municipality of Guimba.

During the meeting, key agenda items centered on the planning, implementation, and enhancement of youth-centered programs were thoroughly presented and discussed, including:

a. Preparations for Sport Fest 2026
b. Subsidy for LYDC Members
c. Technical Assistance from the LYDO for the Drafting of the 2027 Annual Youth Development Action Plan
d. Updates on the Issuance of the Certificate of SK Mandatory Review
e. Barangay Gardening Program
f. Presentation of the Guidelines for the Guimba Youth Leadership Award

The meeting highlighted the importance of strategic planning, transparency in fund utilization, and active youth participation in local governance. Through collaborative efforts and sustained engagement, the council aims to implement responsive and meaningful programs that address the evolving needs and aspirations of the youth sector.

Also present during the meeting was Top Link Global College, Inc., which introduced its Smart Hyflex Learning System, an educational assistance initiative offering free education opportunities for incoming Grade 11 and Grade 12 students in the Municipality of Guimba. The program seeks to provide at least one youth beneficiary from every barangay with access to quality education, further promoting equal opportunities for learning and personal growth.

The LYDC and PPSK remain optimistic that through continuous collaboration, consultation, and unified action, youth programs and projects in the municipality will become more impactful, inclusive, and empowering for every Kabataang Guimbanians.

Sa simpleng pagmomonitor ng attendance, mas napapalakas ang disiplina, partisipasyon, at koordinasyon ng bawat isa tungo sa mas matagumpay na mga proyekto at inisyatiba para sa Kabataang Guimbanians!

Maraming salamat sa patuloy na pakikiisa at pagiging aktibo ng ating mga youth leaders at volunteers, SK! Tuloy-tuloy lang ang serbisyo para sa kabataan!

Isang mainit pagbati sa ating bagong Licensed Professionals sa Bayan ng Guimba!

Ang tagumpay ng bawat isa ay patunay na ang sipag, tiyaga, at pananampalataya ay kayang magbukas ng mga pangarap at oportunidad. Sa bawat puyat, sakripisyo, at hamon na kanilang nalampasan, dala nila hindi lamang ang sariling pangarap kundi ang pag-asa ng kanilang pamilya at ng buong Bayan ng Guimba.

Nawa’y magsilbi inspirasyon ang tagumpay na ito sa mas marami pang kabataan na mangarap nang mataas at magsikap nang tapat. Ang lisensya ay hindi lamang simbolo ng propesyon—ito rin ay simbolo ng serbisyo, integridad, at pagmamahal sa bayan.

Katuwang ang Local Youth Development Office ay naisagawa ang pag-gawad ng mga sertipiko upang kilalanin ang license professionals kasama si PPSK - LYDC President Angelo Rogarth D. Campo, RCrim.

GoodGovPH remains steadfast in its mission to champion good governance through the collective power of the Filipino youth. 🙌 Now on its 3rd edition, we are officially opening applications for the GoodGovPH Youth Board and Fellowship Program for the 2026–2027 term. 📣

The Youth Fellowship Program is a youth leadership and capacity-building program designed to empower young advocates and shape them into champions of good governance.

The GoodGovPH Youth Board will be composed of 30 youth leaders aged 18–24 who will lead and implement projects for youth engagement in good governance. These initiatives will be anchored on GoodGovPH’s four-pillar approach: community building, civic engagement, education, and policy advocacy 🏛️.

To support this youth leadership experience, the members will automatically be a part of the GoodGovPH Youth Fellowship, a capacity-building program that aims to expand their knowledge on good governance, hone their skills, and nurture values-based leadership. 🌱

Are you:
✅ A Filipino aged 18–24 with strong interest in youth empowerment and good governance?
✅ An emerging leader in your community (student leaders, community leaders, volunteers, activists, journalists, innovators, artists, influencers)? 🌟
✅ Committed to learning and service during the one (1) year Fellowship Program and Youth Board term? 📅
