The SK Council of Barangay Sinungtan proudly announces the Free Theoretical Driving Course (FTDC) – Year 3, in partnership with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Ligao! ❤️

This program aims to equip aspiring drivers with essential knowledge on road safety, traffic laws, and responsible driving practices—an important step toward becoming a safe and responsible licensed driver. 🚘

📋 REQUIREMENTS:

✔️ Open to all Guinobateños
✔️ 17 years old and above
✔️ Any valid ID (PhilHealth, National ID, Voter’s Certification, Police Clearance)
✔️ Original PSA Birth Certificate
