The Municipal Nutrition Council (MNC) of Guinsiliban, under the warm leadership of Mayor Joanne Marie Rubin - Tan, successfully conducted a Social Enhancement Activity for eight (8) children identified with borderline nutritional status.

​As part of the initiative to boost their morale, health, and holistic well-being, the children were treated to a special meal at Jollibee and received personal gifts courtesy of Mayor Joanne Marie Rubin - Tan.

​Beyond supplemental feeding and regular health monitoring, LGU Guinsiliban remains committed to nurturing both the physical health and happiness of our children as they journey toward full wellness.

Yesterday, October 1, 2026, the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Council successfully conducted the orientation on the "Conversion of Existing Day Care Centers (DCCs) into Child Development Centers (CDCs) thru LGSF-FALGU."

​The orientation was facilitated by Engr. Jerusa Orbon from the ECCD Council – NCDC Project Unit.
​The activity was actively participated in by key local officials and department heads, demonstrating strong inter-agency commitment to early childhood care and development:

Group 3 led by LGU Guinsiliban held a productive team meeting to gear up for the upcoming Lanzones Festival Street Dancing & Ground Presentation!

​Our main focus is ensuring our young, talented performers have all the support, resources, and encouragement they need to shine on stage and make our municipality proud.

​Big things are coming, stay tuned as our dancers bring the energy, culture, and spirit of Guinsiliban to life.
