To all ESSU Students:

Interested applicants may apply for SPECIAL PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYMENT OF STUDENTS (SPES).

Documents to be submitted:

1. Duly accomplished SPES Forms (Available at OSSAA)
2. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA) or any goverment issued ID
3. Certificate of Grades (1st Semester)
4. Applicants whose parents are wage earners, may submit the following:
a. Photocopy of Parent's Income Tax Return (ITR) with below 161,000 annual income of both parents.
b. Certificate of Tax Exemption issued by the BIR.
c. Original Copy of Certificate of Low Income issued by the Brgy.
5. For non-wage earner parents:
a. Original Copy of Certificate of Indegency issued by the brgy. or Social Welfare Development of the LGU.
6. 3 pcs. 2x2 ID Picture

The abovementioned documents shall be submitted to the OSSAA or to Mrs. MARIA VICTORIA M. PADIT, Head, Career and Job Placement Services ON or BEFORE March 28, 2025

Only 10 Qualified student benifeciaries will be accomodated.

Note: LACKING OF ANY OF THE ABOVEMENTIONED DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE QUALIFED TO AVAIL THE SPES PROGRAM.

Please be informed that the Department of Labor and Employment does not grant cash assistance to graduating students through the TUPAD Program.

The TUPAD program provides emergency employment to displaced/disadvantaged workers, underemployed workers, and seasonal workers for a minimum period of 10 days, but not to exceed 90 days, depending on the nature of the work to be performed.

Potential TUPAD beneficiaries undergo "profiling" to determine if they are qualified for the program and they shall receive wages equivalent to the prevailing minimum wage of the region.
