Temporary Shift to Distance Learning Modality

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 62, Series of 2025, issued by Mayor Atty. Tito A. Cañedo III, all public and private schools in the Municipality of Hinatuan, including Hinatuan Southern College, are hereby directed to adopt the Distance Learning Modality for three (3) days, from October 13–15, 2025.

This temporary measure is implemented to allow the completion of school facilities assessment following the earthquakes that occurred on October 10.

Everyone is enjoined to cooperate and be guided accordingly.

The assessment made today was incredibly helpful to have them review the schools' preparedness efforts, from the facilities to academic plans guaranteeing a seamless start to the new school year.

During these same dates, June 9-13, 2025, we will also be conducting 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. We encourage all parents and guardians to complete their children's registration during this period. 📝👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
