We are pleased to announce the Construction of One (1) Unit Child Care Center with Amenities, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of ₱1,919,544.40.

Isa naman ini ka importante nga proyekto nga nagapakita sang aton commitment sa paghatag sang mas maayo nga serbisyo kag mas matahum nga palaabuton para sa aton kabataan.

Ang tanan nga pumuluyo sang Barangay Damutan, Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental ginadapit nga magtambong sa aton Barangay Assembly Day sa Sabado, Oktubre 31, 2026, sa las 1:00 sang hapon, nga pagahiwaton sa Barangay Damutan Covered Court.

“Tayo na sa Barangay Assembly! Nagkakaisang Tinig, Makabuluhang Usapan, at Sama-samang Pagkilos para sa Ating Komunidad.”

Ini nga pagtililipon amo ang aton kahigayunan nga mapabaskog ang pagbinuligay, mapabati ang tingog sang tagsa ka pumuluyo, kag magbinuligay sa pagplano sang mga programa kag proyekto para sa kauswagan sang aton pinalangga nga barangay.

FOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM – RICE SUBSIDY DISTRIBUTION

The Provincial Government of Negros Occidental, through the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO), in coordination with the Municipality of Hinoba-an and the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), will conduct the Food Assistance Program (Rice Distribution) on October 26, 2026.

The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) of Municipality of Hinoba-an informs all qualified Social Pension beneficiaries of the upcoming payout for the 3rd Quarter of 2026, covering the period of July–September 2026.
