Before evidence is collected, its location tells part of the story.

Did you know that forensic photography helps document how a crime scene and its evidence appeared before items were moved or collected?

Photographs capture the scene from different perspectives:
📷 Overall views show the general scene.
📷 Midrange views show evidence in relation to nearby objects.
📷 Close-up views record specific details.

Each view helps preserve information that can support further examination and investigation.

More than taking pictures—it’s documenting details that matter.

Mga ka-STRONG FG, why do you think taking only close-up photos would be insufficient?

Under the leadership of PBGEN PIERRE PAUL F CARPIO, Director, PNPFG, and through the dedicated efforts of the Chairperson and members of the FG Review of Manual Board, this accomplishment reinforces PNPFG’s commitment to updated forensic standards, scientific excellence, and reliable forensic services in support of justice.
