The Office of the City Civil Registrar in collaboration with the Philippines Statistics Authority (PSA), will conduct Mobile Registration and Information Drive and Legit Ako! Special programs on September 28, 2023, thursday at 12:30 in the afternoon to be held at the Covered Gym of your barangay.

City Civil Registrar Services Offered

1. Registration of Birth (Late or On-time Registration)
2. Correction of wrong entries in Civil Registry documents
3. Legitimation of Birth
4. Request for Release of PSA documents in SECPA
(birth, death, marriage, CENOMAR/CENMAR
5. Issuance of Cedula
6. Other Civil Registry Concerns
