Interested applicants should meet the following eligibility criteria:
1. College graduates, college level and high school graduates
2. Applicants should be between the ages of 18-25 years old
3. Applicants should have good communication skills:
4. Computer literate;
5. Be able to adapt to a multidisciplinary environment;
6. Should have the ability to work fairly independently or as part of a team;
7. Should demonstrate initiative and flexibility.

Don Jose S. Monfort Medical Center, in partnership with the Provincial Health Office of Iloilo and the Health System Resilience Project β Department of Health Western Visayas Center for Health Development, initiated a productive dialogue meeting with the Municipality of Batad for the proposed establishment of a Bagong Urgent Care and Ambulatory Services (BUCAS) Center.
This initiative marks a significant step toward bringing more accessible, timely, and quality outpatient and urgent care services closer to the people of Batad and neighboring communities.
Together, we continue to strengthen our commitment to building a more resilient and responsive healthcare system for all.

Last May 7, 2026, Don Jose S. Monfort Medical Center proudly celebrated Health Workers' Day with a day filled with fun, learning, and well-deserved pampering for our hardworking employees!
Sponsored by the Employeesβ Union, the celebration featured a virtual seminar, exciting games, free snacks and coffee, and relaxing treats such as manicure, pedicure, and massage for lucky staff members.

In celebration of World Immunization Week, Don Jose S. Monfort Medical Center (DJSMMC) conducted a series of health education activities highlighting the importance of vaccines in protecting communities from preventable diseases.
Complementing this initiative, lectures on heat-related illnesses were also delivered to raise awareness on prevention, early recognition, and proper management amid rising temperatures.
Through these activities, DJSMMC continues to strengthen its commitment to health promotion, disease prevention, and building a more informed and resilient community.

Through this collaboration, Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) will now have access to comprehensive medical services at DJSMMC, ensuring timely, safe, and quality healthcare regardless of circumstance. Standard First Aid Training for the first quarter of 2026 was successfully concluded with a total of 60 certified completers.
Two dedicated batches took on the challenge this April, gaining the skills and confidence to act when it matters most.
