To ensure a safe and smooth medical mission, please take note of the following guidelines:

👨‍👩‍👦 Parental/Guardian Consent
A signed consent form from the parent or legal guardian is required before the procedure.

📝 Registration / Numbering
All patients must register and secure their assigned number prior to the operation.

👥 Accompaniment
Patients must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the day of the procedure.

🍽️ Pre-Procedure Meal
Please make sure to eat breakfast before the procedure to avoid dizziness or fainting.

⚕️ Medical History Disclosure
Inform the doctor immediately if the patient has any history of allergies, especially to:
• Anesthesia
• Antibiotics
• Pain relievers

**OFFICIAL STATEMENT**

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Ingore would like to inform the public that the Medical Mission: *Operation Tuli*, originally scheduled on April 7–8, 2026, is hereby **postponed**.

This decision was made due to the lack of manpower, limited resources and medical supplies, and the unavailability of a medical team from the Iloilo City Health Office to conduct the procedure.

We understand the importance of this activity to our community and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured that we are working diligently to address these concerns. The final schedule will be announced next week.

Furthermore, we would like to inform everyone that we have changed our sponsors. The activity will now be supported by the following institutions:
