The School Election Commission has commenced the official counting and tallying of votes for the Campus Student Council Election 2026. This process is being conducted to guarantee accuracy, fairness, and transparency.
Official results will be released once counting is completed.

𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒍 𝑬𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏
(𝑽𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝒊𝒎𝒆: 8:00 𝑨.𝑴. – 12:00 𝑷.𝑴.)

STEP 1: Visit the Student Electoral Committee WVSU-PC page to know your precinct rooms and schedule time for voting.
STEP 2: Go to your assigned room and introduce yourself to the committee by stating your name and year & section.
STEP 3: Get your ballot from the committee and fill-out the ballot at the voting area.
STEP 4: Accomplish the ballot by fully shading the oval appearing before the name of the candidate you wish to vote for. Do not overvote.
STEP 5: Check your ballot and make sure to write your name, year, section, signature, and ballot number below the cutting line of the ballot paper. Then, have your right thumb stained on the ink pad and stamped on the ballot before dropping it in the ballot box.

(Voting Day Rules)

1. Voting for the CSC election is open to legitimate West Visayas State University-Pototan Campus students.
2. Ballots are used for voting. It is forbidden to show your ballot or discuss your vote or the votes of others.
3.It is prohibited to intimidate or buy votes.
4. On the day of election period, campaign platforms on social media are not allowed.
5. Voters must vacate the premises right away after casting their votes, and only eligible voters are allowed inside.

ANNOUNCEMENT! 📢

To all the candidates for the Campus Student Council Election 2026, you are obliged to refrain from posting your campaign platforms on social media during the grand rally period on April 15, 2026.
If a candidate is violating the rules, the School Election Commission will take action for disqualification due to malpractice in being the candidate for the election.
