Cong. Boboy Tupas requested Mr ALLAN M. ROJO, PORT MANAGER, PMO PANAY/GUIMARAS n his staffs for occular inspection of PPA Estancia construction if BERTHING RAMP is possible in the port to boost economic activities in Northern Iloilo, especially Estancia.

WILL THE HISTORY OF THE PAST CAN BUILD A NEW FOUNDATION FOR A BETTER TOMORROW?

History long time ago, we were known as the TRANSIENT HUB or JUMPING BOARD to Luzon. We were the bridged shipment trading route to Manila - Estancia. Likened SULPICIO LINES, NEGROS NAVIGATION, ABOITIZ LINES, WILLIAM LINES etc. etc. were among the contributors in the development of Estancia economic growth anchored as Fish Trading Capital. Our port is the key chain of development, discovering the opportunities of the north (Luzon).

But the cycle of reliality towards sustainable challenges has lost it strands/course.
We were out of phased in new norms of shipping docking requirements of RO/RO vessels. We must adopt to a new system in order to be compititive again and restore our historical rights as the CENTER LINKAGED route from Cebu, from Negros, from Southern Panay vis-versa to Manila now to Batangas.

We must discover what tracked we missed and together will aspire a NEW HOPE that ESTANCIA PORT will be open for business again for RO/RO vessels.

As SB Chairman on Pier, as ESTANCIAHANON we aspired to dream a BERTHING RAMP @ PPA PORT. Estancia's will never slept, for big ro/ro vessels docking at our backyard.

Today Feb. 19, 2024 have started a new journey towards development opportunities.
Assesing, planning, discovering, economic effect and others was in the presence at the Office of the Mayor Mary Lynn Mosqueda and representatives from Iloilo Provincial Planning Development Office (PPDO), PPA ESTANCIA, Municipal Planning Development Office (MPDO), Municipal Engineering Office (MEO) and at ur service to represent the Legislative Ofc (as Chairman Committee on Pier), Liga ng Brgy (ABC) n Brgy Botongon (Punong Brgy).

Strategically all Estanciahanon are stakeholders and must be onboard routing our course towards lone bearing to reach our "BERTHING RAMP"..

Its my deepest thanks to the people of Brgy Botongon that we were UNOPPOSED Punong Brgy. last Oct. 30, 2023 Brgy Election.

Today Dec. 14, 2024 am very thankful to the supports and trusts of 24 Punong Brgys of Municipality of Estancia, also UNOPPOSED ABC President.

And also thanks to others whom journeyed with me bearing the fate in PUBLIC SERVICE.
