As we approach the solemnity of All Saints' Day, and as the Month of the Holy Rosary draws to a close, we warmly invite you to join us for a beautiful and prayerful Living Rosary procession. This event serves as our culminating activity, a powerful testament to our devotion throughout October.

​This is a wonderful opportunity for us to come together in faith, to pray for our families, our barangay, and the whole world. Everyone is welcome – bring your family, friends, and your intentions!

In solemn remembrance of our loved ones who have gone before us, we also encourage everyone to light a candle in front of your homes as the Living Rosary procession passes by. Let these lights be a beacon of prayer for the souls of our faithful departed, illuminating their path to eternal rest.

​Our Lady promised special protection and graces to all who shall recite the Rosary. Let us heed her call and experience these blessings together.

​Hey, amazing kids of Barangay San Rafael, Mandurriao, Iloilo City!

​Get ready for a SUPER FUN and SAINTLY SWEET evening that's all about TREATS and NO TRICKS!

​Join us for our special "Halo-ween Treats! All Treats, No Tricks!" celebration where we'll have a fantastic time, dressed as our favorite saints or any child-friendly, non-spooky character! Think princesses, superheroes, friendly animals, or even the saints we admire!

​There will be:

😇 A celebration of all things good and sweet!

Iloilo City will experience light to moderate to at times heavy rains and based on the 24-hour Rainfall Forecast for today, July 18, a forecast rainfall of 50-100 mm which may cause numerous flooding events, especially in areas that are urbanized, low-lying, or near rivers. Landslide likely in moderate to highly susceptible areas.

The public and the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Offices concerned are advised to MONITOR the weather condition and watch for the next warning to be issued at 2:00 PM today.

Iloilo City will experience light to moderate to with occasional heavy rains and based on the 24-hour rainfall forecast from July 17, 2025 in the afternoon until July 19, 2025, a forecast rainfall of 50-100 mm which may cause localized flooding mainly in areas that are urbanized, low-lying, or near rivers. Landslide is also possible in highly susceptible areas.

The public and the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Offices concerned are advised to MONITOR the weather condition and watch for the next warning to be issued at 11:00 AM today.

As of 5:00 PM July 16,2025, nag issue si PAG-ASA sang Heavy Rainfall Warning No. 5, tungod sa BAGYONG CRISING nga maga enhance sang Southwest monsoon ukon HABAGAT, ang Iloilo City maka experyensya sang light to moderate with occasional heavy rains kag base sa 24 hour rainfall forecast sang PAGASA halin July 16,2025 sang hapon tubtub July 19,2025 maka experyensya kita sang 50-100 mm nga ulan nga maga cause sang localized flooding and possible na landslide sa mga highly susceptible areas. Ginapaandaman ang tanan labi na gd ang mga yara sa coastal kag low lying Barangays. Likawan man ang pagpalawod kag ang pagligo sa baybay.
Kung may maeksperyensyahan nga pagbaha ukon ano man nga insidente ka angot diri, ireport dayon sa inyo Barangay Focal Persons.
