LOOK| Bringing National ID Authentication Services closer to communities!

During the first day of the 5th Midyear Regional Convention of Civil Registration of Local Civil Registry Office Personnel and Partners in Western Visayas, the Philippine Statistics Authority Regional Statistical Services Office VI presented the National ID Authentication Service to barangay officials from across the region.

Regional Director Nelida C. Amolar and RO III Jared Barile discussed how the service can help barangays securely verify identities, improve service delivery, and support the digitalization of government transactions. The session also highlighted opportunities for local government units to adopt and integrate National ID authentication in their frontline services.

Through stronger partnerships with local governments, PSA continues to promote a trusted and inclusive digital identity ecosystem that benefits every Filipino.

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) invites members of the media and the public to the Press Conference on the May 2026 Inflation Report on 05 June 2026 (Friday) at 9:00 AM

PSA Undersecretary Claire Dennis S. Mapa, PhD, National Statistician and Civil Registrar General, will present and discuss the latest inflation figures and key highlights of the report.

Media personnel may participate either onsite at the 9th Floor, Media Center, PSA Headquarters, PSA Complex, East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City, or virtually via Zoom.

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)'s National ID authentication services (NIDAS) are now being utilized at the Technical Resource Lab (TRL) of Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU)'s Business Insights Laboratory for Development (BUILD), formalized through a signing ceremony at the ADMU campus in Katipunan, Quezon City.

This allow students to directly experience real-time identity verification through the National ID in fulfillment of a larger goal to establish the Philippine TRL to catalyze Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) adoption in the Philippines by fostering a developer ecosystem that connects government, industry, the academe, and technological communities.

Academic institutions interested in onboarding with the National ID system may reach the PSA through the Government Service Use Case Division (𝐠𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐝@𝐩𝐬𝐚.𝐠𝐨𝐯.𝐩𝐡) for public schools and state universities and colleges, and the Financial and Private Sector Use Case Division (𝐟𝐩𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐝@𝐩𝐬𝐚.𝐠𝐨𝐯.𝐩𝐡) for private schools and universities, respectively, or follow the onboarding process via the National ID eVerify at 𝐡𝐭𝐭𝐩𝐬://𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐲.𝐠𝐨𝐯.𝐩𝐡.
