Tips to Beat The Heat
1. Water to go- Take a bottle of water with you when you go out
2. Be cool- Make use of fans or airconditioners set to cool
3. Dress down- Wear light colored loose fitting clothes made of cotton or linen
4. Soak- Take a cool shower or bath to help you cool down
5. Shade- Wear hat or use umbrellas when youβre outside.
6. Avoid- Alcohol, spicy and salty foods can make dehydration worse
7. Rest- Get enough sleep and rest if you feel tired
8. Enjoy- Eat more cold foods like salads and fruits which contain more water and are more refreshing in hot weather
