Nobody tells you about the weight of it before you take the role.
The decisions that keep you up. The conversations you agonize over for days. The moment you have to walk back into the room steady, when everything in you is anything but.
Leadership is not just strategy and ex*****on. A huge part of it is quiet. Heavy. And carried alone.
This episode is for every person who has ever felt that and wondered if it was just them.
It is not just you. It never was.💙

Everyone has days in their life when they feel overwhelmed by their problems. Those feelings are real and shouldn’t be discounted. But those problems are exactly what you need in your life if you ever expect to grow into the best version of you.
Problems challenge us emotionally and intellectually. They challenge us in our relationships, business, and personal life, financially and spiritually. You can’t avoid them. They are part of the price you pay for living your life.
Instead of being crushed under their weight, a better way to look at them is as opportunities for growth and discovery. Problems challenge us to be better, to do better, and to become new versions of ourselves.
You don’t have to welcome problems with open arms into your life but you don’t need to fold and curl up in a fetal position either.
Instead, tackle your problems head-on. You don’t need perfect outcomes. You simply need to engage, do your best, and see where those outcomes lead you.

Pray for it anyway.
Even if it seems impossible. Even if it feels far away.
Not every miracle begins with something probable.
Sometimes, it begins with a heart that believes God can do what human strength cannot.
But remember that “impossible” is a human word, not God's.
Many of the blessings you thank God for today were once prayers you thought would never be answered.

Sometimes we grieve what God was actually rescuing us from.
We cry over the closed door.
We question the unanswered prayer.
We replay the ending and wonder
why God allowed something
we loved to be taken away.
And in the middle of the pain, it can feel like punishment.
But not every loss means God is against you.
Sometimes loss is the mercy of God in a form you did not recognize at first.
“The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him.”
Nahum 1:7
There are things we want to keep
because they are familiar.
People we want to stay
because we are attached.
Doors we want to open
because we think they are the only way forward.
But God sees what we cannot see.
He sees the damage behind the desire.
He sees the danger behind the comfort.
He sees the future you are not strong enough to protect yet.
And sometimes, His love does not look like giving you what you asked for.
Sometimes His love looks like removing what would have slowly destroyed your peace, your purity, your calling, or your walk with Him.
That is why you should not immediately call every ending a curse.
Some endings are coverings.
Some delays are deliverance.
Some rejections are redirection.
Some losses are God’s way of saying,
“My child, I know what this would have done to you.”
It may hurt now.
It may not make sense yet.
You may still miss what God removed.
But one day, you may look back with tears in your eyes and realize:
God was not punishing you.
He was protecting you.
Heart check,
What loss have you been grieving that may actually be God’s protection in disguise?

Learned it the hard way....a very hard way.... It will never be forgotten....

Lord, thank You for carrying me through May, and as June begins, I trust You to lead me with hope, grace, and peace.

“Managers follow the map. Leaders carve new roads.”
In every organization, the difference between managing and leading defines the journey. One ensures stability; the other inspires transformation. 👇

Have you ever noticed some people, no longer young, still throwing tantrums like like they are auditioning for a teen drama?
Here is the truth nobody warns us about.
Age happens to everyone.
Maturity does not.
One arrives by calendar.
The other arrives only by character. Maturity is responsibility.
Consistency.
Seriousness about life.
And the humble willingness to keep learning long and the willingness to be corrected when wrong.
Some people grow older.
Others grow wiser.
Aim for both.
If you only get one, choose wiser.🩵

Never sit so high that you start looking down on others.
The position you have today can change faster than you think. Success is not permanent. Status is not forever.
So stay kind.
Stay humble.
Respect people.
“Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will lift you up.” - James 4:10
The same life that lifts people up can also humble them overnight.

If you find someone smarter than you, work with them.
Learn from them.
Don’t compete with them.
This means you are secure and smart too. Smart people are not threats but opportunities.
It is always a privilege to learn from those who know more, see farther, and think deeper.
Mine what they know.
Refine what you learn.
Apply what will make you better.
Add it to your arsenal of wisdom.
Then become better, not bitter.🩵
