In line with the continuing efforts to make government services more accessible to the community, and in compliance with Executive Order No. 030, Series of 2026 mandating a four-day onsite work arrangement (Monday to Thursday) and a one-day flexible work arrangement every Friday in support of energy conservation and fuel efficiency, the ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ข๐ฅ๐จ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง and ๐๐๐ฌ๐ค ๐
๐จ๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ successfully conducted barangay-based Help Desk operations, joint inspection activities, community service initiatives, clean-up drives, and other on-ground engagements.
This arrangement takes effect immediately and shall remain in force until further notice or until officially lifted or amended.

Mr. Rammy Guintibano, Chairman of the Boarding House Commission and Task Force โ IGCAPP, served as the Resource Speaker during the Barangay Bolilao, Mandurriao - Barangay Assembly Day (1st Semester CY 2026), held on March 28, 2026, at Brgy. Bolilao Covered Gym, Mandurriao.
He shared important updates, programs, and initiatives of the Boarding House Commission and Task Force IGCAPP, while also addressing the concerns of boarding house owners, boarders, and community members in support of the theme: โNagkakaisang Barangay Tungo sa Kalinisan, Kaayusan, Kapayapaan at Kaunlaran.โ
He also discussed the Nano Enterprise Ordinance of Iloilo City, an initiative authored by Miguel Treรฑas and strongly supported under the leadership of Raisa S. Treรฑas. This program aims to empower small-scale businesses, including boarding houses and other micro-establishments, by providing incentives such as significant discounts on business permit fees and simplified registration processesโhelping entrepreneurs operate legally and sustainably.
The program is open to enterprises with a capital of โฑ250,000 or below. Qualified applicants may avail of up to a 75% discount on permit fees during their initial application, making it easier and more affordable for small business owners to comply with city regulations.

In partnership with the Office of the City Human Resource Management Office, the activity aimed to strengthen the capabilities of our personnel in delivering quality public service and ensuring professional and efficient inspection practices. All personnel from the office actively participated and engaged in meaningful discussions throughout the session.
The training was spearheaded by Mr. Rammy J. Guintibano, Chairman, together with Mr. Simplicio Subaldo Jr., Assistant Chairman, whose leadership continues to drive excellence within the organization.
We extend our sincere appreciation to our resource speaker, Mx. Ini nga tikang nagatuyo nga mapahapos ang pagnegosyo, mapabakod ang lokal nga ekonomiya, kag mapalapnag ang mas madamo nga oportunidad para sa tanan. Kon kita maga-isa kag magbinuligay, mas mapadasig ang pag-asenso sang aton mga pamilya kag barangay.
