Years later, after its rehabilitation, Agutayan CIS continues to bring life to the fields of San Enrique. It now irrigates 175 hectares and helps 156 farmers in Brgy. Cabugao Nuevo, Brgy. Imbesadโan, and Brgy. Tambunac. What began decades ago remains a reminder of how irrigation can shape a communityโs future.
