Welcome to the official page of Central Philippine University ROTC!
On 150845 November 2025, at the Alumni Promenade Concert Park and CPU Parade Grounds, our cadets truly embodied the theme:
World Class Cadets Equipped on Any Terrain: Brilyante ng Apoy, Tubig, Hangin, Lupa, at Diwa. Whether facing the heat of the sun (apoy), the cool splash of water (tubig ), the gusty winds (hangin), or the solid ground beneath their feet (lupa), these future leaders showed they're prepared for anything-body and spirit (diwa) included!
Each element also corresponds to a team color: fire with ALPHA in red, water represented by BRAVO in blue, wind with CHARLIE in brown, earth by DELTA in green, and HQ in white. From intense drills to hilarious team moments filled with laughs and friendly banter, the day was a perfect blend of discipline and fun. If you thought ROTC was all serious, think again-our cadets know how to work hard and play harder!
Get ready to follow this shining squad as they conquer every terrain with heart and humor. Stay connected, support, and witness the making of world-class leaders!

The sea is more than just water; it's our lifeline and a part of our Filipino identity. For coastal communities, it provides life and livelihood; yet today, it faces threats not just to our sovereignty, but also from our own handsโpollution, neglect, and indifference. These problems are slowly destroying the life beneath the waves. As ROTC Cadet Officers and reservists, we have the strength and responsibility to be guardians of our oceans. We can lead by example, showing that protecting our seas doesn't always mean fighting, but starts with simple acts of care. Every piece of trash we clear, every mangrove we plant, and every small act of respect for nature creates a ripple. When these small ripples combine, they become a powerful wave of change. By uniting with our community, we can influence others to join us. The call to protect our oceans is about safeguarding our home. With patriotism and unity, we can create a monumental impact. We will start small, because every small action has the power to create a huge effect.
This video entry is part of the SEAnehan Short Film Competition organized by the Presidential Office for Maritime Concerns in celebration of the 2025 Maritime and Archipelagic Nation Awareness Month.
