As Chairperson for the Committee on Livelihood and Job Opportunities, we launched initiatives like “Basahan para sa kaBUHAYan,” turning simple resources into meaningful sources of income for our beneficiaries.

Through strong partnerships and the collective effort of our stakeholders and beneficiaries, we were able to promote not just livelihood, but dignity, resilience, and hope for many families in Nabitasan. It was a reminder that true progress happens when we empower people to stand on their own and provide for their loved ones.

𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐃𝐀𝐘 || Six years ago, during a time of uncertainty, this moment defined what leadership truly means, being present, being visible, and standing with the people. As we conducted the orientation and issuance of the Unified Enhanced Community Quarantine Pass in Nabitasan, it was clear that leadership is not just about giving instructions, but about being on the frontlines, guiding and serving side by side with the community.

It was a challenging time, but it also became a moment of transformation where trust, discipline, and cooperation were strengthened among our people. When leaders show up, communities respond with unity and resilience.

“If you are a leader, you have to be a frontliner.” Let this continue to remind us to serve with presence, purpose, and to always THINK BIG.✨💖✨

Four years ago, these moments captured the strength, energy, and unity of our GUGMA Youth across different barangays. Wherever we went, the same passion and commitment were present, young people coming together with one goal: to serve, uplift, and spread and in every community.

It’s inspiring to see how the youth stepped forward, became involved, and proved that they are not just the future but a driving force of change today. These memories remind us that when we empower our youth, we empower entire communities.✨❤️🤍✨

Aga pa kita nag libot-libot sa Barangay halin sa pag paninda sa La Paz Public Market, kag isa gid ka nami nga butang ang aton nakita — ang aton mga Youth volunteers, kaupod si Kgwd. Jomar Alolod kag SK Chairman Alfred Marcelo, nga may inisyatibo nga magpaninlo sa aton Barangay (Zone 1).

These young individuals prove that change doesn’t wait, it starts with initiative. Bisan kabataan pa sila, makita mo gid ang disiplina, responsibilidad, kag pagpalangga sa komunidad.

Good job, Kgwd. Jomar and SK Chairman Alfred Marcelo, for taking the lead and involving the youth. This is the kind of leadership that creates real impact, leading by example and empowering others to act.

Aton gid ini gina suportaran bangud diri naton makita ang future sang aton barangay, youth who don’t just speak, but take action. Indi lang sila examples sa ila kapareho nga kabataan, kundi inspirasyon man sa aton tanan.

Padayon lang sa pagserbisyo kag paghatag inspirasyon sa iban. Ang inyo ginahimo subong, dako gid nga epekto sa palaabuton sang Nabitasan.

Three years ago, Gulayan sa Nabitasan reached the Top 5 at the National Level in the Search for the Best Urban and Peri-Urban Farm 2023, a proud moment that showcased what our community can achieve through unity and shared purpose. 🌿✨

What started as a simple initiative to provide food during challenging times grew into a model of sustainability, innovation, and community collaboration. It proved that with collective effort, even small beginnings can bloom into something nationally recognized.

This milestone is a testament to every volunteer, partner, and resident who believed in the vision. Let this inspire us to continue growing, empowering, and building a more sustainable future — together, let us always THINK BIG.✨💖✨

𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐘 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐘 || Six years ago, during one of the most challenging times of the pandemic, this moment showed the true spirit of volunteerism in our community. Our Zone 3 volunteers stepped up in action disinfecting main roads, alleys, footbridges, and “Tambak” to help protect every household in Nabitasan. It was a time when fear was present, but courage and unity were stronger.

This memory reminds us that real service is shown in times of crisis, when people choose to act for the safety and well-being of others. Proud of our volunteers who proved that even in uncertainty, we can come together and make a difference.
