In line with Regulation Ordinance 2021-255, Iloilo City strictly enforces the Comprehensive Anti-Smoking Ordinance to protect public health. Smoking and va**ng are prohibited in all public places, with penalties of up to ₱5,000 for violations.

Ang iyong paglalakbay, dedikasyon, at walang sawang pagsusumikap ang naghatid sa iyo sa tagumpay na ito. Pinatunayan mo na ang tunay na passion at sipag ay daan tungo sa tagumpay. Buong pagmamalaking nakikiisa ang iyong SK Libertad na pamilya sa pagdiriwang ng iyong tagumpay. Ikinararangal naming masaksihan ang iyong patuloy na pag-unlad—hindi lamang bilang isang lider, kundi bilang isang lisensiyadong propesyonal na g**o na handang maglingkod at magbigay ng positibong pagbabago sa komunidad.
