Here is everything you need to know to access the platform and register your account:

How to Access with your existing UpToDate account: You need to connect first to the University or COM Wi-Fi to activate.

🌐 On-Campus: Automatically log in when connected to the official university Wi-Fi network.

🏠 Off-Campus/Remote: Log in using your registered personal institutional account credentials via the official UpToDate Portal (https://www.uptodate.com/login).

📱 Mobile App: Open the UpToDate app on your phone.

Important Reminder: To keep your mobile access active, please ensure you log in while connected to the campus network at least once every 90 days.

📋 STEP-BY-STEP REGISTRATION GUIDE (NO account yet)

To get seamless off-campus and mobile app access, you must first register your account while on campus. Follow these simple steps:

1. Connect to Campus Network: Ensure your laptop, desktop, or mobile device is connected to the official WVSU Wi-Fi network on campus.

2. Visit the Login Page: Open your browser and go to the official UpToDate Portal.

3. Click Register: Locate and click the "Register" button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

4. Fill Out the Form: Complete all the required fields. Crucial: You must use your official institutional email account (.edu.ph).

5. Verify Your Email: Click "Send Verification Code". Check your WVSU inbox for the code, enter it into the bottom field of the form, and click "Submit Verification Code". (Note: You have exactly 10 minutes to retrieve and input this code).

6. Download the App: Once registration is complete, download the free UpToDate App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and log in with your newly created credentials!

⚠️ Important Mobile Maintenance Rule: To keep your remote/mobile access active, you must log into your account via a browser or the app while connected to the campus Wi-Fi network at least once every 90 days.
