Iloilo City, a fast-growing hub in Western Visayas, is facing intensifying risks from El Niño, extreme heat, and water scarcity. Today’s forum transforms these challenges into opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and resilience, empowering students and institutions to take the lead in shaping a sustainable and climate-ready future.
