We are pleased to announce that the enrollment for School Year 2025 –2026 will start on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 until 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

TIME: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM ; 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Venue:
• Kindergarten & Elementary: Principal’s Office
• Grade 7: JHS Bldg. Room 102
• Grade 8 – 10: JHS Bldg. Room 101 (L & D)

KINDERGARTEN
• Duly Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form (BEEF)
• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (5 years old on or before August 31, 2025)

GRADE 1
• Duly Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form
• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
• ECD Checklist / Photocopy of Kindergarten Certificate
• Kindergarten Report Card

GRADE 2 - 6 & GRADE 8 - 10
• Duly Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form (BEEF)
• Original SF 9 (Report Card)

GRADE 7, TRANSFEREES & BALIK-ARAL
