Establishment of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project Rainwater catchments will be promoted to Barangays where ther is no water source that can be tapped.

The Project is the establishment of water facilities (Level I, Level II, Level III and Rainwater Catchments) in target communities especially in the far-flung and depressed areas of the Province of Iloilo.
