𝗖𝘃𝗦𝗨 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗡𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭-𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Cavite State University showcased its homegrown innovations at the 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗡𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘) 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, held from 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭–𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the Legazpi City Convention Center, Legazpi, Albay, as part of the CALABARZON AFRREDN network with support from the RAISE Southern Tagalog Program.

Three CvSU-developed technologies were featured as entries in the 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, representing the Food and Non-Food categories:

The CvSU delegation was accompanied by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗟𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗱 𝗢. 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗼, KMC Director, and 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗩. 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮, KTTO Technical Staff, who supported the presentation and showcasing of the University's technologies during the event.

Adding to the celebration, the CALABARZON AFRREDN Booth was also recognized as the 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵, highlighting the region's collective efforts in showcasing innovative agriculture and fisheries technologies.

The participation provided an opportunity to bring CvSU innovations closer to potential users, partners, and stakeholders, while highlighting the University's continuing contributions to research, innovation, technology commercialization, and making every 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗚𝗘 count.

On October 1, 2026, the Knowledge Management Center, together with the officials and employees of Cavite State University, proudly took part in the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 in celebration of the 𝟭𝟮𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆.

As members of the CvSU community, we reaffirm our commitment to serving with honor, competence, and compassion. May this simple yet meaningful act reminds us that, through the work we do each day, we have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.

The 4-day 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗢𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 (𝗕𝗢𝗦𝗛) 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 was held on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟰–𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the 𝗖𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺.

Representing the Knowledge Management Center was 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗦. 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗰𝗼, who joined the training to enhance his knowledge and skills in workplace safety, hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency response, and OSH compliance.

Together, we continue to build a safer and healthier workplace for all.

The Knowledge Management Center (KMC) participated in #𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗔𝗦𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗗: 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, a two-day training-workshop held on September 21–22, 2026, at the S.M. Rolle Hall, Cavite State University.

The training-workshop brought together the University’s Public Information Officers and Linkages Coordinators to learn, exchange ideas, and strengthen the ways we tell CvSU’s stories, build meaningful partnerships, and connect with our stakeholders. The activity was organized by the 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗢) and the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗜𝗟𝗖𝗟𝗢).

CvSU CCAT Campus successfully conducted the orientation seminar entitled “𝙀𝙣𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙊𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙏𝙍𝙄𝘿𝙀 2032, 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝, 𝙀𝙭𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙆𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙡𝙚𝙙𝙜𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙨” on September 14, 2026, at the CvSU CCAT Hostel.

The seminar brought together faculty members for a comprehensive discussion on the institutional process flows governing research, extension, and knowledge management activities.

Representatives from various units of the Office of the Vice President for Research, Innovation, and Extension (OVPRIE) served as resource speakers. The Knowledge Management Center (KMC) was represented by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗟𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗱 𝗢. 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗼, Director of KMC,𝗠𝘀. 𝗚𝗹𝗮𝗱𝘆𝘀 𝗧. 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗿, and 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗩. 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮.

The KMC representatives highlighted the Center’s services in disseminating the university’s research initiatives and emphasized the importance of research publication, intellectual property protection, and technology commercialization in advancing research and innovation.

Through initiatives like this, CvSU continues to strengthen institutional compliance, promote research excellence, and foster a culture of innovation and making every 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗚𝗘 count.
