- Agriculture sector: ₱25.00 increase (from ₱525.00 to ₱550.00).

First-Class Municipalities
- Non-agriculture sector: ₱40.00 increase (from ₱550.00 to ₱590.00).
- Agriculture sector: ₱25.00 increase (from ₱525.00 to ₱550.00).

Second- to Fifth-Class Municipalities
- Non-agriculture sector: ₱25.00 increase (from ₱525.00 to ₱550.00).
- Agriculture sector: ₱42.00 increase (from ₱508.00 to ₱550.00).

Retail and Service Establishments
- Establishments employing not more than 10 workers: ₱42.00 daily wage increase (from ₱508.00 to ₱550.00) across all areas.

𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗠𝗨𝗠 𝗪𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗩-𝗔 𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝗪𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝗡𝗢. 𝗜𝗩𝗔 (𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗭𝗢𝗡) 𝟐𝟑

The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board IV-A (RTWPB IV-A) announced a new minimum wage increase for private-sector workers in the CALABARZON region through Wage Order No. IVA-23, which was published in The Philippine Star on October 10, 2026.

The new wage order provides daily minimum wage increases ranging from ₱25.00 to ₱45.00, depending on the classification of the city or municipality and the sector. It is scheduled to take effect on October 26, 2026.

Under Wage Order No. IVA (CALABARZON) 23, workers in component cities and first-class municipalities will receive a ₱45.00 increase for the non-agriculture sector in the Extended Metropolitan Area and component cities, while workers in first-class municipalities will receive a ₱40.00 increase for the non-agriculture sector, except in the Municipality of Rosario, Cavite, which will receive a ₱45.00 increase. Agricultural workers in these areas will receive a ₱25.00 daily wage increase.

Meanwhile, workers in second-, third-, fourth-, and fifth-class municipalities will receive a ₱25.00 increase in the non-agriculture sector and a ₱42.00 increase in the agriculture sector. Retail and service establishments regularly employing not more than 10 workers across all areas will also be granted a ₱42.00 daily wage increase.

The issuance of the new wage order reflects the Board’s continuing mandate to review minimum wage rates in the region, taking into consideration the needs of workers and their families, the capacity of employers to provide higher wages, and the region’s prevailing economic conditions.

With its implementation beginning October 26, 2026, the new wage order aims to provide additional income support to minimum wage earners across CALABARZON while recognizing the varying economic conditions and business capacities across different areas and sectors.

The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board IV-A (RTWPB IV-A) published Wage Order No. RB-IVA (CALABARZON) DW-06 in The Philippine Star on October 10, 2026, announcing an increase in the minimum monthly wage for domestic workers across CALABARZON, which is scheduled to take effect on October 26, 2026.

Under the new wage order, the minimum monthly wage for domestic workers across all areas in Region IV-A will increase from ₱6,750 to ₱7,500, providing an additional ₱750 per month for covered workers.

The wage order covers domestic workers, whether employed under a live-in or live-out arrangement. These include general household workers, yayas, cooks, gardeners, laundry persons, and other individuals who regularly perform domestic work in one household on an occupational basis.

However, the wage order does not cover service providers, family drivers, and individuals who perform domestic work only occasionally or sporadically and not on an occupational basis.
The issuance of the new wage order reflects the Board’s continuing efforts to review and adjust minimum wage rates in the region, taking into consideration the needs of workers and their families and the prevailing economic conditions.

Starting October 26, 2026, domestic workers across CALABARZON covered by the new wage order will receive an increased minimum monthly wage of ₱7,500. Employers are encouraged to review the provisions of the order and ensure that the new rate is properly implemented.
