The issuance of Voter Certification at the COMELEC-National Central File Division (NCFD), FEMII Building, Extension Cabildo Street cor. A. Soriano Avenue, Intramuros. Manila is TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED, effective 3 December 2025 (Wednesday), until further notice, due to maintenance of the Data Center AFIS Server at the Information Technology Department of this Commission.

In the meantime, the public is hereby advised to instead secure their Voter's Certification in the Office of the Election Officer (OEO) in the city or municipality where they are registered as a voter. Their addresses and contact numbers may be accessed at the official COMELEC website at www.comelec.gov.ph, or scan the QR Code in the image.
