This achievement is a testament to the dedication, teamwork, and commitment of the PESO Ipil Team, headed by Ms. Geraldine Aparecio, under the leadership of Hon. Mayor Ramses Troy D. Olegario, in bringing meaningful employment opportunities closer to the people of Ipil.

🎉 77th Araw ng Ipil PESO Job Fair 2026: A Resounding Success🎉

The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Ipil is delighted to share the successful conduct of the 77th Araw ng Ipil Job Fair 2026, bringing together employers, government partner agencies, and job seekers in one meaningful event that strengthened employment linkages between employers and job seekers

This initiative was made possible through the steadfast support and leadership of Hon. Ramses Troy D. Olegario, Municipal Mayor of Ipil, whose commitment to employment generation and workforce development continues to create opportunities for the Ipileños.

A total of 68 applicants were Hired on the Spot (HOTS)—a testament to the success of the job fair and the strong collaboration among the Local Government Unit of Ipil, participating employers and government partner agencies.

The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Ipil extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Zamboanga Sibugay Field Office led by Provincial Director Ma’am Marlyn M. Anoos, government partner agencies, participating employers, DOLE GIP interns, SPES beneficiaries, and all job seekers for their invaluable support and active participation in making this event a remarkable success.
