Attention, residents of Barangay Perpetual Help and Iriga City! After a few months of long battle of the fittest, strongest and mightiest players of the basketball tournament, we, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Perpetual Help, are thrilled to announce the awarding ceremony of the basketball tournament 2024 wherein we will be giving recognition to all outstanding players in different divisions to be held on February 25, 2024, today at Quinartilan Plaza Covered Court, Perpetual Help, Iriga City. The said activity will start at 7:00 in the evening after the exhibition game.
Mark your calendars for this exhilarating event of action, today is a long revelry of joy and simple but a very memorable and meaningful celebration for all of us especially to all the players.

In its final game, Quinartilan Lagalag overcame its toughest challenge yet in the Inter-Team Basketball Championship under Junior Division, escaping Al's Fuels by the skin of its teeth, 83-77, yesterday.

The Quinartilan side rode on the hot hand of Lagalag's sharpshooter John Carlos Morada, who scored a tournament-best 34 points from beyond the arc.

Silent Warriors have won their second Inter-Team Basketball Tournament title under Mini Division by beating undermanned Little Lions 79-48 in a slugfest of the two powerhouses yesterday.

Warriors leaned on a 69-37 surge in the third quarter , orchestrated by brothers Jaybe Fortuna and Jace Vincent Cadag, to build a cushion and never let go of the lead to win the gold finish.

Noel Serdeño was the Puro-Tambay Association's hero once more yesterday as the they clinched their first championship title under Senior Division in the 2024 Inter-Team Basketball Tournament.

Serdeño posted 12 points, 11 rebounds, and 2 assists, while Macmac Fortuna and Richard Marx Corong both scored 12 points and combined for 18 rebounds.

NJMD drew inspiration from their bench to outclass Jabjamjaz, 76-46, in a sudden-death game of their Inter-Team Basketball Tournament battle for third under Senior Division yesterday.

Without Quejaro, Jay- ar imposed his will inside and shot an ultra-efficient 13-of-19 clip (68%) from the field.

Jaguars’ bid for 3rd in the 2024 Inter-Team Basketball Tournament under Midget Division came to an end , as they suffered a 67-64 loss to Akira in their knockout final duel yesterday.

Riding high in sizzling tricky hoops, Jaguars ran out of steam in the final frame as they let their homecourt opponents turn a 63-all deadlock in the last possession of the quarter into a 2-point advantage, 64-62, with 32 seconds left in the game.

Jan Erick Paldo and Ace Arcilla saved their best for last as Hi-Groundz settled for third place with a 82-55 win over GK777 in the 2024 Inter-Team Basketball Tournament under Junior Division yesterday.

Paldo bounced back for the Hi-Groundz after a subpar Final Four outing with 22 points, five rebounds and 1 assist while Ace Arcilla and Thom Benedict Rosela finished with 9 and 10 points, respectively.

Team Mamuco put itself in a prime position to come away with the third place honors in the 2024 Inter-Team Basketball Tournament under Mini Division, equalizing the series against Sierra Homes with a tough match, 41-31 yesterday.

Patrick Mirando put the exclamation point in the fourth quarter with an emphatic shot to cap off him 7 markers off 5 blocks and 12 rebounds.

Puro-Tambay Association bounced back from their first loss to Jamjamjaz in the semi-final round under Senior Division.

Richard Marx Corong stole the show with his incredible shooting performance. He had 14 points in the first half and finished with a game high of 21.

Brett Daniel's kicked off the semi-final round under Midget Division with a 21-point win over Jaguars.

Shan Marco Namoro starred for the squad with a 27-point performance.

Quinartilan Lagalag were the second to advance, taking down the upstart GK 777 squad, 78-66. It was another masterclass performance by Romel Nanteza who scored 26 points on just 13 attempts, maintaining his status as a contender for the Top Scorer this year.
