1. This tournament is OPEN Entry (both men’s and women’s divisions).

2. Registration Details:
Entry Fee: ₱1,000 per team (full payment required upon registration)

3. Registration Period: January 30

4.Maximum Slots: Only the first 12 teams per division (Men & Women)

5.Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. Each team must have a minimum of 9 and a maximum of 12 players

7. Team captain should submit the list of the players.

8. Only player on the list submitted of the committee will be allowed to play.

9. Wearing of team jersey uniforms is encouraged.

10. Referees’ decisions are final and cannot be contested.

11. This game will be played in single round robin.

12. Bracketing will be determined through a draw lots session.

13. Elimination Round and Semi-Final Round (Raise to 25 No Deuce)

14. The Final Round (Best-of-three sets Raise 25 With Deuce)

15. Each team is allowed one (1) timeout per game.

16. Rule of Succession will be strictly followed to maintain order.

17. Any team that arrives 10 minutes late for a scheduled game will be declared default/loss.

We would like to sincerely apologize to all participants, supporters, and community members for the non-continuation of the Battle of the Bands, which was intended to be part of our Fiestagisan celebration.

After careful evaluation, we regret to inform you that the event will no longer push through due to the lack of participations, as the number of registered bands did not reach half of the available slots required to successfully conduct the competition. We understand that many were looking forward to this event, and we truly appreciate the interest and effort shown by those who registered and supported it.

This decision was not made lightly, and we deeply regret any disappointment or inconvenience this may have caused. We sincerely ask for your understanding regarding this matter, as our goal is always to ensure a fair, engaging, and meaningful event for everyone involved.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding. We look forward to bringing better and more inclusive activities for our community in the future.

📍Each group must have a minimum 7 and a maximum of 15 members.

📍Any modern dance style is allowed: Contemporary, Jazz, Street Styles, or Fusion.

📍Each performance must be 4–6 minutes.

Note: Deductions will apply for under-time or over-time performances.

📍A maximum of 10 groups will be accommodated. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

GENERAL GUIDELINES
📍Open to all aspiring and amateur local bands from the province of Camarines Sur.
📍Each band must consist of 5–7 members.
📍To secure a slot, kindly message the official page of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sto. Niño.
📍Only the first 10 bands to complete the registration will be accommodated.
📍Registration Fee: ₱1,500.00 per band (non-refundable).
📍The Top 3 Winners will perform again after the competition.

PERFORMANCE GUIDELINES
📍Each band must prepare 3 songs; 1 Warm-up Song, 1 OPM Song, 1 Song of Their Own Choice
📍Medley is strictly prohibited.
📍Each band is given a maximum of 15 minutes to perform all 3 songs, plus 5 minutes for setup.
📍Overtime penalty: 1 point deduction per minute from the total score.

ARC MAKING CONTEST

GUIDELINES
📍Open to all constituents within Barangay Sto. Niño.

📍 There will be no limit on the number of members of each group.

📍Each group will be given 13 days to work with your arc from December 21, 2025.

📍The arc must feature the image of our Patron Saint Sto. Niño.

📍Arcs should reflect the unique character of our barangay, highlights unity, progress and cherished traditions.

📍Materials to be used may include recycled and locally sourced items.

📍Materials should be durable and weather- resistant.

📍Refrain from using any kinds of steel for safety purposes.

📍Judging Day will be on January 9, 2026.

📍The Zumba dance competition has a registration fee of Php 80.00 for each member.

📍Open to all zumba groups/ enthusiasts in Rinconada.

📍Each group must consist of a minimum of 10 members and a maximum of 15 members, aged 15 and above.

COMPETITION MECHANICS:
📍This is On the Spot Zumba dance competition, so the group will pick a ZIN that will lead their performance.

📍Participants must wear appropriate zumba attire.
