It's genuinely moving to see the quick response from SDO-Iriga City ARRIBAyanihan reaching out to our neighbors in Masbate after the devastating impact of Typhoon "Opong" (STS Bualoi).

The fact that the OIC-Schools Division Superintendent is personally heading the team to deliver essential food packs, used clothing, and other tangible goods (with the whole community of SDO-Iriga City) speaks volumes about their deep commitment to helping those in distress. When a community faces such severe loss, immediate, hands-on assistance is absolutely critical.

This swift action, rooted in the true Bayanihan spirit of the Bicol region, offers more than just relief; it provides a much-needed assurance to the affected residents that they are not alone as they begin the difficult process of rebuilding their lives. Their effort is a beautiful display of regional solidarity and genuine concern for the well-being of their fellow Filipinos.
