The Barangay Secretaries Federation Meeting cm Performance & Service Recognition Awarding Program, “Masinggayang Barangay,” proudly honored the Best Barangay Secretaries. The event was led by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Iriga under the leadership of Ma'am Sheela Matias Medina , with the support of the Local Government Unit of Iriga through City Mayor Wilfredo Rex C. Oliva.
Special thanks to Barangay San Jose, especially Punong Barangay Darcy Go, for generously providing the venue, and to all the Punong Barangays for allowing their Barangay Secretaries to attend and participate in the event.

Federation Meeting of Barangay Secretaries – Iriga City
Barangay Secretaries gathered at the San Francisco Evacuation Center for their monthly federation meeting to discuss key updates and upcoming activities.
Heartfelt appreciation to the San Francisco Barangay Council, headed by Punong Barangay Hon. Clarrisa A. Matubis, for graciously accommodating the venue and ensuring a smooth and productive gathering.
Among the highlights discussed by CLGOO Sheela M. Medina were updates on the BADAC and BPOC performance, where most barangays received highly functional ratings, along with insights on the upcoming BCPC and VAWC assessments, including their respective indicators.
Federation President Roy Angeles also shared exciting details about the forthcoming Barangay Secretaries’ Christmas Party.
