The BFP Personnel of San Agustin FS headed by SFO4 Fernando M Ibay Officer-in-charge proudly participated in the celebration of the 21st Nuang Festival and 77th Araw of San Agustin, Isabela.

This meaningful celebration showcases the rich culture, traditions, unity, and vibrant spirit of the people of San Agustin. The active participation of our BFP personnel reflects our commitment not only to fire safety and protection, but also to supporting community events that bring people together.

Ang paghahanda ay nagsisimula sa patuloy na pagsasanay. Ngayon, pinalakas ng mga tauhan ng San Agustin Fire Station sa pangunguna ni SFO4 Fernando M Ibay, Officer-in-charge, ang kanilang mga kasanayan sa pagtugon sa emergency sa pamamagitan ng Rescue Drag and Carries, isang mahalagang pamamaraan sa pagsagip na ginagamit upang ligtas na mailikas ang mga nasugatan o walang malay na biktima sa panahon ng emergency.
Ang mga regular na pagsasanay tulad nito ay nakakatulong na mapabuti ang:
✅ Lakas at tibay
✅ Pagtutulungan at koordinasyon
✅ Bilis at kahusayan sa mga operasyon sa pagsagip
Ang bawat sesyon ng pagsasanay ay nagpapatibay ng tiwala sa sarili at tinitiyak na ang aming mga tauhan ay laging handang tumugon kapag nakataya ang buhay.

Today, the personnel of San Agustin Fire Station headed by SFO4 Fernando M Ibay, Officer-in-charge conducts daily enhancement exercises on the proper donning and doffing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to strengthen the skills, discipline, and readiness of our firefighters.
Through regular practice, our personnel develop speed, accuracy, teamwork, and familiarity with protective gear—essential qualities during emergency response and fire suppression operations.

The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 2 joins in honoring 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐀𝐢𝐳𝐚 𝐏 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐚𝐧 for completing the Investigation Officers Basic Course (IOBC), Class 319-2026-007, held at PRO2, Camp Marcelo A Adduru, where she proudly ranked 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝟑 among the graduates. .

Her successful completion of the course and outstanding performance reflect her dedication to continuous learning and professional development in the service.
