𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman administered, March 13, the oath-taking of Panigayan Punong Barangay Abral Abdurahman as the new president of the Isabela City Association of Barangay Chairpersons (ABC). As the sitting vice president of the ABC, he assumes the presidency left vacant by the death of former ABC President, Councilor Franklyn Tan.

Witnessing the said event was City Administrator and concurrent Barangay Affairs and Governance Office chief Pedrito Eisma. Also lending their support were Councilors Yusop Abubakar, Jeromy Casas, Abner Rodriguez, Karel Annjaiza Sakkalahul and IPMR Mary May Julhari and SK Federation President Naila Belleng.
