π’ Empowering Communities Through Entrepreneurship
The DTI Negosyo Center Isabela, through the collaborative efforts of DOLE, PESO, and the LGU of Isabela, conducted an Entrepreneurship Seminar on March 31, 2026, held at Brgy. Rumirang, Isabela.
This activity was organized in line with the Child Labor Prevention and Elimination Program (CLPEP), which aims to promote sustainable livelihood opportunities, enhance entrepreneurial skills, and empower families to achieve economic stability-ultimately helping prevent and eliminate child labor in the community.

Nag-iisip ng pangalan ng Negosyo?
Bago i-register, siguraduhin na ang iyong Business Name ay:
- Unique β Walang kaparehong existing Business Name o trademark.
- Specific β Iwasan ang generic na pangalan. Lagyan ng dominant name o salitang makakapag-distinguish sa negosyo.
- Appropriate β Angkop sa nature ng business, hindi misleading, offensive, o lumalabag sa batas.

Alam mo ba?
Ang Barangay Micro Business Enterprise (BMBE) registration ay valid sa loob ng dalawang (2) taon. Maaari rin itong i-renew after expiration, hangga't ang negosyo ay pasok pa rin sa qualifications ng pagiging BMBE.

The Municipality of Isabela is now under a State of Calamity due to the recent effects of Tropical Cyclone "Tino".
PRICE FREEZE IN EFFECT!
As mandated by law, Republic Act No. 7581, or known as "The Price Act", a 60-day price freeze on basic necessities and prime commodities is now in place. Retailers and business owners are reminded to maintain pre-calamity prices and avoid overpricing.

STATEMENT FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY
On the Declaration of a State of National Calamity
07 November 2025
Following President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s announcement that he has approved the declaration of a state of national calamity, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), as chair of the National Price Coordinating Council (NPCC), will immediately implement the automatic price freeze on all basic necessities.
The price freeze will remain in force for 60 days, or until lifted by the President. The DTI has coordinated with all key NPCC implementing agencies to protect consumers during this critical period.
The DTI is working round-the-clock with manufacturers, retailers, and distributors to ensure sufficient and steady stock of basic necessities and prime commodities. All DTI Regional and Provincial Offices are on heightened alert and mobilized to enforce compliance with the price freeze and maintain adequate supply nationwide.
