The court was filled with energy, cheers, and excitement as the One-Day League Volleyball was successfully held on this day, December 28, 2025. This program officially organized by the Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Barangay San Roque, headed by SK Chairman Rudy Z. Bubo Jr.

This action-packed friendly match was the perfect way to wrap up the year 2025, bringing together the Kabataan of San Roque in a celebration of teamwork, unity, and love for sports. Every serve, spike, and save showcased not only skill, but also the strong camaraderie and sportsmanship among our youth.

Congratulations to all the players and participants for your passion, discipline, and respect on and off the court. You proved that winning is not just about the score, but about friendship, fun, and fair play.

"Ligtas ka sa San Roque"

The Repair and Installation of Additional CCTV Cameras was successfully completed last December 2, 2025, through the initiative of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Roque, headed by SK Chairman Rudy Z. Bubo Jr.

This project aims to strengthen community safety and security by enhancing surveillance coverage within the barangay. The installation of additional CCTV units supports crime prevention efforts and promotes a safer environment for all residents.

The SK remains committed to implementing programs that contribute to the welfare, safety, and development of the community.

Last October 20, 2025, the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay San Roque successfully conducted the Distribution of Waste Containers in every purok and school within the barangay to help promote proper waste disposal and maintain cleanliness.
This environmental initiative was spearheaded by SK Chairman Rudy Z. Bubo Jr., reflecting the SK’s commitment to building a clean, healthy, and progressive community through responsible waste management.
Let us continue working together to keep our barangay clean and green for present and future generations.

The Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Assembly and Distribution of Educational Assistance was successfully held on September 21, 2025, through the initiative of SK San Roque, Burgos, Isabela, under the leadership of SK Chairman Rudy Z. Bubo Jr.

This significant program aimed to provide educational assistance to all college students of Barangay San Roque, as part of the Sangguniang Kabataan’s continuing efforts to support youth education and promote academic development.

The activity was further enriched by the presence and inspiring messages of our invited speakers, SB. Nicolas Zalun, SB. Elmer Abaya and Kagawad Lordinio Buncag whose guidance and encouragement motivated the youth to persevere in their academic journey and civic responsibilities.

The successful conduct of this program highlights the SK’s commitment to empowering the youth through education and meaningful community engagement.
