LOOK| ‎Here's a glimpse of the 3-day Cool-Tour-Ah Makanayon: Isabela Makanayon — Philippine Cultural Workshop for Leadership Tourism Practitioners, held from September 28-30, 2026, at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall, Isabela City Hall Complex, Isabela de Basilan.

‎Indeed, it was three days filled with meaningful conversations, new perspectives, shared experiences, and valuable lessons on how culture can continue to shape and strengthen tourism!
‎
‎Once again, our heartfelt thanks to the Department of Tourism (DOT) - Central Office and the Nayong Pilipino Foundation for generously sharing your knowledge, time, and experiences throughout the three-day workshop. We also extend our sincere appreciation to all the participants for your active participation, cooperation, and openness to learning and sharing. ‎We’re still riding high on the joy and celebration of World Tourism Month!
‎
‎Here’s a glimpse of the successful conduct of I.S.L.A. Turismo: Initiative of Self-Wellness for Local Actors in Tourism—a community outreach activity held simultaneously at the James Walter Strong Boulevard, Barangay Carbon, and Marang-Marang Floating Cottages in Malamawi Island, Isabela de Basilan.
‎
‎It was truly a day of care, connection, and community—a simple yet meaningful way of giving back to the local actors who help keep our tourism industry moving.
‎
‎Once again, our HAPIsabela thanks City Councilor Hon. Alexes I. Ututalum for the continued support to our tourism initiatives. ur heartfelt appreciation also goes to the 19th Special Forces Company, led by CPT. Lavern H. Dulawan Jr., and La Barberia for being part of this meaningful endeavor. Special thanks to Unilever Philippines, led by Mr. Jacob James Sue Berberio, for the generous support that helped make this activity possible.

‎Here are some highlights from the 2-day Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Workshop, held on September 21–22, 2026, at the Querexeta Formation Center, Isabela de Basilan, as part of the World Tourism Month Celebration.
‎
‎Indeed, it was two days filled with learning, laughter, meaningful conversations, and shared experiences—reminding us that excellent service begins with people who genuinely care. The workshop strengthened our understanding of the Filipino brand of service and the importance of delivering not only quality service, but also the warmth, respect, and genuine hospitality that Filipinos are known for.

‎Once again, our HAPIsabela thanks to the Department of Tourism – Zamboanga Peninsula (DOT-ZamPen), Mr. Arturo Borja, and Ms. Faye Souvenir L. Pecson, DOT-accredited FBSE Level 1 Trainer, for sharing your time, knowledge, and expertise.
