Matagumpay na naisagawa at natapos ang Free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) para sa mga estudyante, na naging malaking tulong sa ating mga kabataan upang magkaroon ng sapat na kaalaman sa tamang pagmamaneho at pagsunod sa batas trapiko.

Ang programang ito ay naisakatuparan nang maayos sa pamamagitan ng inisyatibo at suporta ng ating masipag na District Chief, Husni Jalaluddin , MPA, kasama ang buong tanggapan ng LTO Basilan District Office.

Lubos po kaming nagpapasalamat sa lahat ng mga estudyanteng nakilahok at naging bahagi ng programang ito. Nawa’y magsilbi itong gabay upang kayo ay maging responsableng motorista sa hinaharap.

Good day!

The FREE Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) for students is now CLOSED for registration.

📌 However, starting next week (April 27–30, 2026 | Monday–Thursday), we will be offering FREE TDC for ALL applicants aged 17 years old and above who wish to apply for a Student Permit at our office.

📌 Please note that Friday is a holiday, so schedules are limited to
Monday–Thursday only.

📌 Starting tomorrow, April 24, 2026, we will begin accepting registration for the FREE TDC for all.

This is still in connection with the Summer Caravan in celebration of the Sakayan Festival 2026.

We encourage everyone to take this opportunity to learn proper driving knowledge, traffic rules, and road safety.

Magandang araw mga estudyante!

Ang LTO Basilan District Office ay magsasagawa ng LIBRENG Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) Seminar para sa mga Estudyante, kaugnay ng pagdiriwang ng 25th Anniversary ng Sakayan Festival.

Layunin ng programang ito na mabigyan kayo ng sapat na kaalaman tungkol sa mga batas trapiko, tamang pagmamaneho, at kaligtasan sa kalsada, lalo na’t napapansin na karamihan sa mga nahuhuli sa tuwing may operasyon ng LTO ay mga estudyante.

Sa pamamagitan ng seminar na ito, matutulungan kayong maging responsableng motorista at maiwasan ang mga paglabag sa batas trapiko.

Dahil LIBRE ang TDC, mula sa dating ₱1,800, ito ay magiging ₱800 na lamang (para sa iba pang kinakailangang proseso).

LTO Chief Husni B. Jalaluddin, MPA, conducted an LTO checkpoint today in coordination with the Isabela City Police Station (ICPS), led by PMAJ Kuhutan H. Imlani Jr., in connection with the ongoing ZPRAA.

The operation aims to ensure road safety and strict compliance with LTO traffic rules and regulations. Authorities are apprehending motorists with violations such as:

Driving without a valid license
Unregistered vehicles
Lack of side mirrors
Other traffic-related offenses

We encourage all motorists to cooperate and comply with traffic laws to avoid penalties and ensure a safe and orderly road environment, especially as we welcome ZPRAA delegates.
