As we celebrate the upcoming National Heritage Month, the National Museum of the Philippines โ Sulu invites you to a unique Visitor Engagement Activity in its creative spaces, where expression, language, rhythm, and storytelling come together, bringing to life the beauty and wisdom of Tausug oral tradition while fostering cultural appreciation, creativity, and meaningful connections to our intangible cultural heritage.

Drop by anytime during museum hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) at the 2nd Floor of the National Museum of the Philippines โ Sulu, Capitol Site, Patikul, Sulu. All materials, from writing tools to other resources, are provided free of charge, giving you the opportunity to explore, practice, and even develop your own creative expressions inspired by Tausug oral tradition. Whether you are a beginner, an enthusiast, or simply curious, this is your chance to foster a deeper appreciation of our cultural heritage.

As the weeks unfold, discover more engaging activities that highlight different aspects of Tausug oral artistry, with each session offering something new, meaningful, and truly enriching. So, make sure to join from the very first day and stay tuned for other special days to experience the unique creative activities planned for this May.
