PRO 9 Joint 1st Semester RCRIAT and NPCS 3rd Quarter Validation Cluster CY 2026

The 19 Municipal Police Stations (MPS) of the Sulu Police Provincial Office (SPPO) participated in the PRO 9 Joint 1st Semester RCRIAT and NPCS 3rd Quarter Validation Cluster CY 2026, held on August 17, 2026 at the Sulu PPO Covered Court, Camp PSSupt Julasirim A Kasim.

The activity was spearheaded by the Provincial Director of Sulu PPO, PCOL JEFF B UY, who also attended the activity and provided guidance and support throughout the validation.

Participating in the activity were the Chiefs of Police, Alternate CIRAS PNCOs, NPCS Focal Persons, Crime Registrars and Assistant Crime Registrars from the 19 MPS of Sulu PPO.

Among the audit team were PMAJ JUVIC D ABALLE, Chief of IMS, RIDMD; NUP Caroline S Cuello, PRO 9 NUP Supervisor; together with the RCRIAT auditors and NPCS validators from RIDMD 9 who conducted the assessment and validation.

The activity aims to ensure the accuracy, completeness and proper maintenance of CIRAS, Blotter Book, National Police Clearance System and other investigation-related records.

Sa likod ng bawat matagumpay na operasyon ng Philippine National Police (PNP), hindi lang kaming mga naka-uniporme ang kumikilos. Nandiyan ang ating mga Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP)—ang "backbone" ng ating organisasyon.

Gaya ng mga kasamahan nating nakasuot ng barong sa larawan, sila ang mga sibilyang eksperto sa accounting, IT, healthcare, at admin works na nagsisigurong maayos ang takbo ng ating mga opisina. Dahil sa kanilang husay, mas nakatutok kaming mga pulis sa pagpapanatili ng kapayapaan at seguridad sa field.

Tunay na ang tagumpay ng ating hanay ay bunga ng matibay na teamwork sa pagitan ng Uniformed at Non-Uniformed Personnel. Saludo kami sa inyong dedikasyon, mga katuwang namin sa tapat na serbisyo-publiko! 🫡🫡🫡
